Subprocessor List

Effective: April 6, 2026Twenty One Talents uses carefully vetted third parties to process personal data in support of the Services (e.g. cloud hosting, AI model inference, email delivery, analytics, payments and enrichment).

1. Confidential list, available on request

For security and commercial confidentiality reasons, we do not publish the full, itemized list of our subprocessors. Our current list of subprocessors, including each vendor's purpose, the categories of data involved, the processing location and the applicable transfer mechanism, is available on request.

To obtain the current subprocessor list, email [email protected]. We will respond to legitimate requests from customers and prospective customers under appropriate confidentiality terms.

2. Safeguards

Each subprocessor is bound by a data processing agreement consistent with our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and, where personal data leaves the EU/EEA, by an appropriate transfer mechanism (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). Hosting is provided by Hetzner, with a primary data region of Germany / EU.

3. Change notifications

Customers may request to be notified of changes to our subprocessors by emailing [email protected]. Material additions are notified in accordance with the DPA, giving customers the opportunity to object on reasonable data-protection grounds.
